To study of the views of legal professionals on judicial institutions, access to justice, legal education in Georgia;

To study legal professionals’ assessments on the performance of judicial institutions.

To study views and experiences of business in Georgia on the court system.

The study of the views of legal professionals (three waves of the study) consists of quantitative and qualitative components:

    • Quantitative – survey of acting judges, prosecutors and lawyers;
    • Qualitative – focus groups with lawyers, qualitative interviews with legal professionals.

The study of the views of businesses on the court system consists of quantitative and qualitative components:

    • Quantitative – survey of small, medium and large businesses in Georgia;
    • Qualitative – focus groups with small and medium business representatives, in-depth interviews with large businesses and legal firms.
