The study of the views of legal professionals (three waves of the study) consists of quantitative and qualitative components:

- Quantitative – survey of acting judges, prosecutors and lawyers;

- Qualitative – focus groups with lawyers, qualitative interviews with legal professionals.
The study of the views of businesses on the court system consists of quantitative and qualitative components:

- Quantitative – survey of small, medium and large businesses in Georgia;

- Qualitative – focus groups with small and medium business representatives, in-depth interviews with large businesses and legal firms.
