The assessment focuses on the second phase of the NATO-PDP and specifically on the relationship between received assistance and actual change at the individual and organizational levels. The assessment also evaluates participants’ attitudes, beliefs and feelings towards this project. CRRC Georgia investigated the attitude of employers towards this project and their perception of the project’s impact on their employees, as well as on the organization as a whole.
Mix of qualitative methods, including document analysis, focus groups and in-depth interviews. Several focus groups and interviews will be conducted with participants of the NATO-PDP training sessions, as well as with leaders of respective civil service agencies and NATO-PDP staff members.
