Vazha Burduli earned a diploma in Law from the Georgian Humanitarian-Economic University in 2001, and a B.A. in the Humanities (majoring in American Studies) from the International Black Sea University in 2008.

Prior to joining CRRC he worked as a translator/English version copy editor for Business News magazine, and also as a translator for the Public Defender’s Office, with which he continues to cooperate.

His research interests include the Georgian national liberation movement during the Soviet period and recent Georgian history.
