Tamar Uzunashvili holds a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Tbilisi State University. Before joining CRRC-Georgia, she completed GIPA and The Center of Strategy and Development’s public policy analysis program certificate program. She has also authored several policy papers.

During her time at university, she conducted a number qualitative research studies. In addition, she has experience conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups as a part of ACT-Georgia’s municipal services satisfaction survey.  

She is interested in education policy and self-governance.
