Elene Japaridze holds a B.A. in Social Psychology at Iv. Javakhishvili State University, and an M.A. in Social and Political Science at the Ilia Chavchavadze State University. 

While attaining her B.A., Elene participated in a student exchange program at the University of Saarbrucken, where she had training courses in small-groups psychology. After returning to Tbilisi, Elene worked as an interviewer at ACT. During her M.A. programme, she planned and conducted different social research projects under the supervision of the Ilia Chavchavadze University research team.
