This report presents the findings of the impact evaluation of the Agricultural Support Project (ASP) in Georgia, undertaken by the Independent Office of Evaluation of IFAD (IOE).
The impact evaluation relies on a quasi-experimental approach and combined econometric and qualitative techniques to attribute the impact of the project to its beneficiaries.
CRRC Georgia supported the IOE in designing the impact survey, and in collecting and analyzing data.
