This report studies dairy and beef consumer preferences in Georgia.
The report uses data from a survey representative of the adult urban population of Georgia carried out by CRRC Georgia and suggests that in the urban areas of Georgia, the vast majority of people purchase both dairy and meat products on at least a monthly basis, and it is important that the products be natural or grass fed.
The research was a component of the ALCP programme funded by Mercy Corps Georgia and the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC).
