David holds a BA in Jurisprudence and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in European Studies at Tbilisi State University.

Before joining CRRC, he contributed to different projects by conducting performance appraisals and performed other functions.

His main research interests include political economy and the various dynamics of social change.
