Madona holds a BA in Social Sciences from the American University for Humanities in Tbilisi, faculty of International Relations.

Prior to becoming a CRRC Junior Research Fellow, she managed a voluntary project within the framework of the Joint Civic Education program. Madona has also completed long-term internships at the US Embassy in Tbilisi and Peace Corps / Georgia.

Her research interests include juvenile crime and unemployment.
