This report examines anti-Western narratives disseminated on Facebook in Georgia between 29 November 2024 and 31 May 2025. Its purpose is to identify the main anti-Western narratives, key actors mentioned within them, principal disseminators, and the techniques of information manipulation used across Georgian-, Azerbaijani-, and Armenian-speaking segments.
The study is based on systematic monitoring of 16 selected Facebook pages and groups targeting general and minority-language audiences, with 2,261 posts analyzed in depth during the reporting period. The analysis categorizes posts by themes, narratives, actors, tone of portrayal, language segment, and manipulation techniques, with separate assessments for Azerbaijani- and Armenian-speaking audiences.
