This report examines rule of law in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
The report is based on the data gathered by the Caucasus Research Resource Centers through a survey of business representatives and the general public, as well as focus groups carried out in the capitals of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
