The research uses the results of in-depth interviews and focus groups with judges and lawyers conducted by the Caucasus Research Resource Centers (CRRC-Georgia).
The Human Rights Training and Monitoring Center (EMC) with partner organizations, CRRC-Georgia and the Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI), carried out the research within the framework of the Facilitating Implementation of Reforms in the Judiciary (FAIR) project, funded by the European Union.
