CRRC-Georgia is looking for a Data Collection Manager.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a minimum two-year commitment.
Principal Duties:
** Develop work plans for data collection projects in cooperation with CRRC-Georgia`s research team;
** Contribute to the implementation of the organization`s data collection efforts, including the questionnaire form development, interviewer training, fieldwork supervision, fieldwork control, and data management;
** Collect and systemize necessary information during the data collection and produce appropriate reports.
Qualifications:
** Good understanding of quantitative research methods;
** Strong motivation to master and apply new research tools and methods;
** Willingness to work in small teams with other researchers;
** Good written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English languages.
Requirements:
** MA degree in any field of social sciences;
** Experience in survey data collection or quantitative data analysis will be an advantage;
** Knowledge of statistical software (e.g. R; Stata; SPSS; Python) will be an advantage.
