Tinatin Gagoshidze holds a master's degree in applied social psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Tbilisi State University.
During her studies, she conducted both qualitative and quantitative research. Her master's thesis focused on the relationship between school teachers' perceived social status, social identity, and well-being.
Tinatin has experience in service development and monitoring. She was also a youth team member at the NGO “Prevention for Progress,” where she worked on several priority areas, including child welfare and juvenile justice.
Tinatin's research interests include education policy, child welfare, and the study of attitudes and social influences in society.

Tamar Uzunashvili
Tamar Uzunashvili holds a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor's degree in political science from Tbilisi State University. Before joining CRRC-Georgia, she completed GIPA and The Center of Strategy and Development’s public policy analysis program certificate program. She has also authored several policy papers.
During her time at university, she conducted a number qualitative research studies. In addition, she has experience conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups as a part of ACT-Georgia's municipal services satisfaction survey.

Nino Lobzhanidze holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the Free University of Tbilisi.
Before Joining CRRC – Georgia she worked as a copywriter. She is also involved in the project; Podcast De Re Publica, at the research and analytical organization Studia Georgica, which aims to study the dynamics of cultural identity and the development of Georgian thought.
