Project objective:
The study on citizen participation in policy formulation at the local level was funded by the European Union and conducted by CRRC-Georgia as part of the project Networking for Efficiency and Development (N4ED), which is a joint project of the National Association of Local Authorities of Georgia (NALAG), PMC Research Center (Georgia), and the Latvian Association of Local and Regional Governments (Latvia). The N4ED project aims to support the sustainable development of Georgian local authorities and good governance practice. As part of the project, CRRC-Georgia carried out research on citizen participation in policy formulation at the local level.
Research design: Survey representative of the population of 12 selected municipalities: Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, Mtskheta, Zugdidi, Gori, Lanchkhuti, Ambrolauri, Lagodekhi, Akhaltsikhe, Marneuli, Ninotsminda. 

Focus groups with active citizens.
Output: Report in Georgian.
