Project objective:
The baseline study on the judiciary explores evaluations and views of legal professionals about judicial institutions, access to justice and legal education in Georgia.
Research design:
The baseline study consists of quantitative and qualitative components:
- Quantitative - survey of acting judges, prosecutors and lawyers;
- Qualitative - focus groups with lawyers, qualitative interviews with legal professionals.
