To study of the views of legal professionals on judicial institutions, access to justice, legal education in Georgia;

Research design:
The study of the views of legal professionals (three waves of the study) consists of quantitative and qualitative components:
The study of the views of businesses on the court system consists of quantitative and qualitative components:
- Quantitative - survey of acting judges, prosecutors and lawyers;
- Qualitative - focus groups with lawyers, qualitative interviews with legal professionals.
The study of the views of businesses on the court system consists of quantitative and qualitative components:
- Quantitative - survey of small, medium and large businesses in Georgia;
- Qualitative - focus groups with small and medium business representatives, in-depth interviews with large businesses and legal firms.
