Study of Consumer Drivers in Meat and Dairy Sub-sectors in Georgia

Project objective: The main research objective is to study the Georgian consumer knowledge, awareness, demands and purchasing practices with regards to quality, safety and hygiene in dairy and meat products. CRRC will be also monitoring the response of retailers to these demands.
Research design: 7 Focus groups in Tbilisi and Samtskhe-Javakheti; 12 in-depth retailer interviews.
