The library of CRRC-Georgia was opened and has been working since 2003. The library provides access to the current English language literature on social sciences, including textbooks, references materials, periodical publications and electronic resources.

In 2008, CRRC-Georgia moved to ISET (International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University), and the CRRC-Georgia library was merged with the ISET library. Friendly atmosphere, a quiet reading room and free Wi-Fi access are available at the library. The library is open on weekdays from 09:00 AM until 06:00 PM, and serves users from any institution who are working or researching in the field of social sciences.
