CRRC-Georgia’s action in response to the spread of COVID-19 in Georgia

Due to the risk of spreading COVID-19, CRRC-Georgia is temporarily stopping all face-to-face data collection until the situation surrounding the virus is under control.  This decision was made given CRRC-Georgia’s responsibility to its staff members, interviewers, and the wider public.

During face to face population surveys, CRRC’s interviewers visit numerous households. This clearly creates a risk of spreading COVID-19 to interviewers as well as households participating in interviews.

While face-to-face interviews are suspended, we do conduct telephone and online surveys. Get in touch with us if you are interested in these.

CRRC-Georgia staff will continue to work on research projects, and we are closely following the development of events in the country. The organization will continue to act on the recommendations of international and local healthcare organizations.
